I've always been interested in studios—places turned into working environments most especially (and so often living environments, in their own respect). I often find the mixture of unsuspecting places turned into something else to be fascinating—like a train station turned into a restaurant, or like this, likely an apartment turned studio. And here, everything is dusted in a warm, comforting glow—with age at the forefront, and modern pieces mixed in... so perfectly Parisian that is, to let each element be its own...

It's a proven fact that though I adore weddings, most wedding dresses would not be my cup of tea. They may be divinely beautifully, but if I were to select one for myself, it would be require a bit of a search, trial and error, and waiting for that moment when everything fell into place... though not necessarily specifically bridal, so many of these looks are winningly lovely, and perfect for that very special, single day...

At first glance, you may not realize that this stunning place is in fact a Bed & Breakfast; but indeed it is. Set amoungst olive groves, pines and cypress trees, this country retreat exudes a welcoming, eclectic style and embrace. In fact, there are just four distinct guest suites, making for a lovely stay with exceptional service and attention. And while you might not even wish to leave the property, it is only a few kilometres from the beaches of the Versilia coast, so a visit to the beaches is likely a must!

As always, Chloé sweeps in with a campaign that takes us to somewhere beautiful—and this time, with Julia Stegner and Lou Doillon. Such a refreshing scenery, with plenty of greens and blues... and now, I only wish I could see a bit more of that fresh white dress!

I recently came across a few of these photographs, floating around Pinterest primarily, but it wasn't until today that their source was revealed: The Line—a contemporary concept focusing on one question: "what is quintessential?" I paused for a moment as so many of us seem to be following a direction of streamlining/simplifying, sourcing with intention and purpose, and refining. The Line encourages just that… "Our vision stems from a desire to pare back, strip down, and pull together—the search for refined, versatile, and honest goods. Built to last but never boring, these things are a mix of established favorites and our latest finds from emerging names across fashion, home, and beauty."
I admit, I'm completely intrigued.
