Hotel: Maison D’Ulysse

A hotel for instant relaxation.

The Maison d’Ulysse: a historic farmhouse, located in the South of France, and dates far back to the 17th century. Heading far back, we discover that the original orner, Ulysse Dumas was both, ironically, an archaeologist and poet—perhaps lending to the immeasurable beauty of this divine hotel. Today, and since its beginnings, the farmhouse has been carefully restored, with great respect for its beauty—without compromising authenticity. And while the ancient trees and shrubs, gardens and outdoor areas may be just as inviting as the lovely interior, we immerse ourselves in the perfect balance of its humble walls and grand comforts, and the thought that it might just be the most perfect escape…

  7. Wow-what a gorgeous hotel. It's hard to find words to describe how I feel-maybe a little jealous! Naturally, the amenities that your hotel offers will significantly influence its energy use patterns. A hotel that has an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and/or restaurant will have a different energy profile than a hotel offering only guestrooms. Thankfully, there are energy-efficient opportunities for these additional amenities, too.
