Interior: A Kitchen of Brightness
Perhaps what drew me to this room most of all is that outstanding flooring. Next to its colors and pattern, bold stainless and fresh white walls offset by warm beams seem to be just the key to an open, airy, bright kitchen. The only thing I might add would be an island, I believe…

Dearest Sarah,
ReplyDeleteNo, I would refrain from adding an island as this open space makes it look so special and it will be convenient for cleaning, serving and putting things up; whatever kitchen activity.
Happy Valentine's Day to you both!
Hugs,

All that natural light! Divine! The rolling glass containers are also fun.
ReplyDeletePlanning on going to VC soon and take pictures of your lovely shop (about time...). Feb or March, what works best for you (a weekend)?
Happy Love Day, girlie!

MONIKA! I must give you a call :) xxoo
DeleteThat floor is indeed amazing. I like how they kept everything else so sleek and simple so the floor doesn't look too busy or overwhelming.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it. But I agree - I would also add an island or even a long, skinny table - although there are glimpses of the dining room beyond, I like the idea of being to entertain and cook simultaneously, and such an enormous space would allow for this.
