Welcome, June!

A new month before us.

It's quite nice to commence a brand new month on a Friday, (don't you agree?) heading into a new weekend and month with ease. Looking back on May, time has certainly flown by in a swift swoosh of wind. We've had some beautiful, warm days to enjoy, and of course, plenty of rain. But in the end, the gardens are livening up, becoming full and lush again, with blossoms, abundant, and layers and layers of nature has returned to life…

And don't these photographs remind you of carefree, warm days? The sort of days that wonderful, lasting memories are made of. Long walks in the park, grass-skimming dresses and bare shoulders. How fortunate we are to have memories. We must scoop them up, hold them tight and visit as often as we can. For memories are re-visited when the mind and the heart join and take a walk together for a time… it could be a short walk, it could be a long walk. But together, they are powerful. And if, by chance, you find yourself smiling, their work is surely done…
