This week's discoveries and links, beginning with:
01 100% Capri: Italian linen products for the home and personal fashion—with lovely scarves, dresses, jackets, and more, for men, women, and children. For the home, one can pick up a stunning table cloth, towels, sheets, and much more. Such an exquisite representation—enjoy their video as well, at the end of the series of photographs.
02 Monies of Denmark: An earthy, yet modern, hand-crafted jewelry collection. (and one that we have looked at once before) They utilize beautiful materials such as: petrified wood, fossils, precious stones, mammoth, shells, coconut, amber, coral, cowbone, cowhorn, copper, many kinds of wood, seeds, stones from Danish beaches, as well as 24 karat gold from Greenland.
03 Garance Doré has recently launched "Pardon My French" —episodes one and two
04 Francine, of Art de Vivre, inspires us with modern eclectic style
05 Mady, from Abundance, shared a great movie to see: Jane Eyre

Ada: The shoes alone—you will love!
DeleteGorgeous photos and great finds as always! Hope your week is going well. xo
ReplyDeleteI have a thing on black and white photos. They trigger my curiosity and I find elegance in them. Beautiful photos. :)
ReplyDeleteThe photos are beautiful and that 100% Capri video had me dreaming!
ReplyDeleteI recently viewed photos by someone travelling in Capri and it was simply sensational, made me regret just a little for not having travelled there already.
Lisa: I had a feeling that you would like this—you came to mind as I was writing out the post, in fact. You must visit one day :)
DeleteThat's a wonderful praise.
DeleteWe are thinking about visiting Corsica next year, which I've been obsessed with for like a year. It's close by so there is always the possibility of taking a ferry to Sardegna (I've been there, really beautiful) and go from there to Capri. A girl can dream and mess up the travel plans, right? ;-)
Definitely, yes! And since it is so close, I think it is a must :)
DeleteThose photos are amazing. I love the lighting. Such a beautiful feel to them. And the jewelry is right up my alley. I love anything made with unexpected materials, and the size of these pieces is just awesome.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't yet seen Garance's episodes... thank for sharing Sarah!
ReplyDeleteHave been obsessed with shadows and lightbeams recently (due to a project I am working on, where we have placed a series of outrigger rafters to create patterns of shadows onto the white walls below) so your images have struck a very sweet note to my searching eye! Especially the top 2, which play with shadows so very beautifully. Just something endlessly alluring about black & white, isn't there?
ReplyDeleteThat sounds fascinating—I would love to see when the project is complete :)
DeleteCute photos!!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome: http://stylethisworld.blogspot.com/
On a sunny warm day such as today, the stunning imagery in the 100% Capri video felt like I had been transported there for a while - just exquisite pieces. How beautiful is that toe/foot jewellery (nothing like keeping you 'on your toes' with your pedicure!- no pun intended)... I'd love to visit that store one day too!
ReplyDeleteI love the Monies jewellery brand; especially the quartz bracelets.
And I loved the 'The Coveteur' link also.
Lovely links as per usual Sarah - hoping you're having a beautiful week!
