A fabulous mix of pattern.
Now typically, this combination of busy, bold floral pants and striking leopard shoes, would not sit so well within my mind and eye. However, somehow it seems to be pulled off beautifully here. Perhaps this is due to the simple, solid colored pieces (such as that fabulous handbag) to balance the combination—acting as a neutralizer of sort. What are your thoughts? Would you be this daring?

Hmmmm, I don't know if I like it, I find it so hard to mix prints! Although she does pull this off well on her...
ReplyDeletei think it is a fabulous look. i love when someone steps out of the box!
ReplyDeleteIt looks really nice on a photo, but I still can't picture wearing this combination.... Love the shape of the shoes, though. Perfect shoes for walking. x
ReplyDeleteNatalia: You always notice even the tiniest of details (and I know about your shoe obsession!) —they do look quite comfortable. I purchased a minimalist oxford style shoe with this shape, and can wear them for 6—8 hours no problem :)
DeleteHello Sarah! Oh Olivia P - how does she manage it? Somehow what works on her would look shocking on a mere mortal. I think it's two things; she is always impeccably groomed, so looks luxe and complete devoid of fault! Secondly she is so petite that she is almost childlike. It means she can carry off prints and shapes that others couldn't. Lucky girl! Lou x
ReplyDeleteMixing leopard + beautiful florals is a game move (something I don't know I could get away with) but Olivia pulls this off flawlessly xx
ReplyDeleteI agreew ith most of the commenters: love it on Olivia, don't think I could pull it off.
ReplyDeleteOlivia does it with such confidence!

I would never be this daring - but she looks amazing.

I don't know how but she nails pretty much anything she wears, even combinations that would sound a horror she pulls them off naturally and beautifully!
ReplyDeleteHope you are well Sarah xx
Helena: You made me laugh: "even combinations that would sound a horror she pulls them off naturally and beautifully!" :)
DeleteShe makes it work, doesn't she? I, however, would have went with some neon pink shoes.
ReplyDeleteI agree, such a stunning outfit from top to toe.
