Luxurious and beautifully composed kitchens.
There are so many wonderful options for kitchen design now. Uppers with lowers, just lowers, one island, two islands, no island. Furniture, build-ins, galley style, open. Some are warm and light, some are white and open and clean... others are dark and well light, a little moody... and some are crisp, bright and fresh.
I particularly enjoy the unique and thoughtful touches that some of these kitchens display—a place for all the necessities ... Isn't that immaculate drawer a dream? Which kitchen would you prefer? The cozy, elegant in the first image, with a mix of traditional and old with modern, new lines... maybe the warm and modern kitchen, or perhaps the one with that gorgeous stone wall?

that second one is simply too cosy; I doubt I'd do anything in a kitchen like that except sit there with a book and enjoy tea ;-)

photo 8 & 9 caught my eye...can you guess that maybe it's because of the library in it...what to do with all my cookbooks ;)
ReplyDeleteeverything looks so neat and clean! love the organization in the species drawer. xo
ReplyDeleteI love the top image the most Sarah, although all of these images are gorgeous to look at. After a 3 year flirtation with modern, I am swinging back heavily to comfort, cozy, traditional.

ReplyDelete4th photo! soooo unique! love the one with the dog outside as well! the kitchen is the most important room in the house!
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd one is my favourite. It's so welcoming and cozy, a place where to gather up and share stories. xo

I don't usually find uber-minimal design appealing - but this looks utterly relaxing.

There's nothing like a clean, white kitchen. And if you cook rarely, it stays that way!!
