Designer: Atelier Aimée Montenapoleone

The magical world of Atelier Aimée Montenapoleone.

Being that I will be the maid of honor in a wedding come early Autumn, wedding beauty and bliss has been on my mind. One of my most favorite wedding gown companies, Atelier Aimée Montenapoleone, is undoubtedly revered as one of the leaders in gown design, worldwide...

"From 1961 it has accompanied more than five hundred thousands brides in the world on their most important day, creating unique dresses, true artworks. The production is entirely Italian, and all the gowns are realized thanks to the workmanship and professionalism of the tailors that hand finish the gowns still today." I wish I could run my fingertips over the hand-embroidery, delicate French laces and beautifully shaded roses. And by all means, the very word exquisite seems to fall short in this case...

  9. Sarah, I had no idea. These pieces are works of art. I love the femininity of each one. I'm thinking of adding bridal headpieces to my collection of headbands (my showroom calls them "seriously cute"), we're designing about 6-8 styles right now, all to be under $100 for brides who cannot pay more. What do you think? Do you think they will find a market? These gowns are unbelievable, I wish I knew someone with a wedding coming up soon...

  11. These are utterly gorgeous. But why is it so difficult to find a wedding dress that isn't strapless these days? 90% of them are like this and certainly not 90% of brides look good enough to bare so much flesh!

  13. Eeep! You know I am not a wedding envy kind of girl, but these dresses are insanely amazing! The tiered one near the bottom....wow. And I love the fur covered couch in some of the shots. Great find. Thanks for sharing the beauty with us.

  14. Amber: this is my fault, as they do have the most beautiful dresses with straps in another collection—perhaps I should post it soon? It's quite lovely as well—I know it would be liked... xx
