Designer: Caroline Swift

Artful objects.

I first came across Caroline Swift's work some time ago and since, I have not been able to forget her beautiful, recognizable, timeless pieces. "Caroline’s approach to all areas of design is linked by one underlying philosophy, to create products that are pure and natural with beauty and integrity. Her fashion background has given her the opportunity to look at new disciplines with a different perspective and the chance to enjoy her own personal approach to design in a totally uncompromising way."

Even the way in which each item is displayed, as you see above, is both fitting and complimentary to the pieces. Full of ease and a calm air. Today she produces her wonderful work by hand within her studio which is located in Barcelona, Spain. And as a lovely addition, more recently Caroline has launched a new selection of products —irresistible dresses that embrace the same touchable, elegant sensibilities of her other products. Do you have a favorite? How would you like to display them in your own home?

  7. I love those spoons. How ornate and beautiful. But the black hanging vases are calling my name, too. Very talented artist.

  8. This post makes me want to simplify and white out everything in my life. It is just so clean and so dramatic and so soothing. Lovely Sarah, lovely ... but then everything you share with us is lovely.

  12. I have fallen for how delicate they are...the photography and surrounding is so fitting too. The sweet white bowl perhaps would be my choice? With gold earrings in it or floating flower :) Happy weekend my friend, xoxo
