Welcome, May
A warm welcome to May!
Another fresh week and month is before us. After such an amazing close to last week, including the royal wedding of course, a fashion show, (more details very soon) and a family wedding, I feel that great things are going to continue through the coming month... do you have anything fun in store for May?
+ Monday's finds: a fabulous piece of art to appreciate: you and me forevermore / explore Paris through this image like never before! / a sweet new lookbook: Ruche / a stylish little girl named Lulu / pretty pink wedding inspiration / inspiration: the decorated doorway / 7 dazzling recipes and photographs / a look at Club Monaco, Fall 2011 / a lush bouquet of juicy colored flowers and leaves / and lastly, some of the most beautiful creations I have ever seen for the home...

These photos are gorgeous! April and May are often downer months, I find, because of all the rain and cloudy skies. But I've got my 2 year anniversary coming up in just two weeks.. so I have that to look forward to! Plus I'm going to rearrange my room this month and have my very first yard sale. It's going to be a group effort sale haha. And when days are dreary and I'm indoors, your photos sum up my mood.. lounging and finding enjoyment in the quiet moments!!
ReplyDeleteI have a good feeling about May, a very good feeling.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week Sarah!
As expected coming from you, a beautiful welcome to May. I am so in need of green, sunshine and colors.
ReplyDeleteJust hoping the weather turns to sunshine some day soon Sarah. So much rain and gray skies! Hope you have beautiful sunshine Sarah. Lovely photos. XO
ReplyDeleteSo many time following your blog...always in the "shadow"...i thought it was the time to stop and say: tahnks so much for your daily breath of inspiration; a look at your entries can sometimes brighten ,enlighten and ease grey gloomy days...so much beauty can only talk about God and their daily presence in our lives..I am still striving hardly to enjoy its contemplation, rather than its possession...a tricky point for me.... thanks for sharing your exquisite sensibility....and congratulations for your blog, Sarah!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, Sarah! I love the dining room here. Will put this in my inspiration folder.
ReplyDeleteHope that your week is off to a great start.

Hi darling Sarah ... I just left a comment and hit post and immediately left and happened to wonder if I was supposed to go back and add the code you sometimes have to on blogs ... in case you don't receive my comment, here's a duplicate! If you did ... just forget this one! ;) I just said that I adore that fancy gold piece of jewelry on the door image! Beautiful and thanks so much for the links ... had so much fun traveling virtually all around Paree! I also mentioned that this week on Ooh La Frou Frou it's a very Audrey-inspired week because I'm letting you take a closer look at Tiffany and you get to see where she lives and our first boxed notecard design. If you haven't already stopped by, it's a fun one not to miss! Kisses, Sarah. Hope your week is divine! xoxo
ReplyDeleteThis book has been on my wish list ever since it was published - and
ReplyDeletenow you've given me even more reason to covet it!!
Anonymous: what a beautiful comment, which nearly brought tears to my eyes —thank you so much! I completely agree about God and his daily presence in our lives :)
ReplyDeleteWarmly,
Sarah
Sandy: Too funny, and I will stop by very soon! xoxo
