I can hardly wait, and am enjoying any and all time possible for celebrating this wonderful time of year. I couldn't wait to share this idea, above, with you—a wonderful project to try with your children, friends, or just when you need some quiet time and want something fun to try. Click here to read a step–by–step guide to this project—it certainly is a beautiful way to add a little magic to your space this Christmas, don't you think?

  1. So pretty. Check out my blog I mentioned Haute Design in a post on 12/17. xo

  2. Just beautiful, Sarah. I am headed over to look see how to make this.
Have a beautiful and festive day.

  3. gorgeous! my mom does something similar (but less power tool-heavy) by putting lights in an old fashioned milk bottle and leaving the plug-end near the top, so you can plug it directly into a socket. she ties a ribbon around the bottle and gives them as gifts.

  4. We buy those Whole Foods Apple Juice bottles! Why did I not think of this?! (The glass bottles are so handsome). What a fun and easy project! I might just need to try myself.

Happy weekend to you, dear Sarah.

  5. Monika -- yes! you should totally try this :)
