Gramercy Park Hotel

A wonderfully unique hotel located in Manhattan.

This incredible hotel reminds me of a masquerade ball—one of deep mystery and intrigue; one of surprises and sultry, rich colors and textures..."One of the truly legendary hotels in New York City, designed by Robert T. Lyons and built by the famous developer brothers Bing and Bing, the Gramercy Park Hotel in Manhattan opened its doors in 1925." It has since been restored and designed so beautifully, with many, many impressive features and amenities throughout...

In fact, "the Gramercy Park Hotel's Haute Bohemian heritage has been honored and renewed in the transformation by Ian Schrager. It is still the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City but better! It represents a sensuous vision of artful diversity. Bohemia reinvented for the 21st century with an original combination of styles, with great pieces of furniture and artwork and the extraordinary use of color. In the lobby of New York’s Gramercy Park Hotel, guests will find exhibited 20th century masterpieces by artists Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Damien Hirst, Richard Prince, Keith Haring, and of course, Julian Schnabel." Can you just imagine stay here? Might be the perfect place to keep in mind for our next trip! Pure opulence at every corner awaits...

  13. Sarah it's one of my favorite hotels! I go there all the time. I only live a few blocks away and I'll often stop by for a ginger fig martini at the Rose Bar after work on my way home. It's the most gorgeous hotels and the interior is so luxe and rich. I've also stayed at the hotel just for the experience and as I said before I only live a few blocks away. That's how amazing it is :)

You definitely should visit and stay if you come to NYC!
