A beautiful villa in Verona, Italy, with a strong focus on art and design.
Both museum of contemporary art and five star hotel, the stunning and unique Byblos Art Hotel dates all the way back to the 17th century. I'm loving the great mix of furnishings and architecture. The result is just fantastic and powerful, isn't it? And, apparently this accommodation houses the works of the talented Frank Lloyd Wright, Anish Kapoor and Beatriz Millar, just to name a few... and in such an intriguing, vibrant and wonderfully renovated environment, you don't even have to leave your hotel to experience some amazing design and art culture. (did I mention that you can book a wine tasting session?) And, according to those who rate on Trip Planner, this is a great place to stay in, and most would highly recommend it. Click on the lovely video above to enjoy a wonderful tour—though, I warn you, just as in the past, you might have the sudden urge to pack your bags and book a flight to beautiful Verona!
