A Giveaway!







18 Karat. A wonderful Vancouver–based line of decor and body products.

18 Karat/18K has a carefully curated line of products, mixing both the clean and the modern, with organic shapes, textures and forms. Together, the look is powerful, and surprisingly comforting and warm. I'm very excited to be giving away one medium sized, beautiful Salt SQ vase. (as seen in the forefront, in the middle of the two vases with flowers, in the first image) The glass is textured with an encrusted salt–like surface, and can be used as a vase for flowers or for candles. The beauty of this product (and many others in their line) is that the shape is one–of–a–kind, and formed by hand. It is a true work of art, and would compliment many colors, styles, and spaces. Don't you love their inspiration boards? Soft roses, honey, textiles, art—all help to inspire their creative team and us as well.

I purchased this great vase at Montage—one of my favorite shops for the home and body. The owner, who is also a gifted interior designer, offers a wonderful range of products, displayed in such creative and inspiring ways—I never leave without a few items in hand!

  8. Hello darling! The vase is a beauty! Please count me in if possible.
    My favourite colours are all shades of coffee, chocolate, cappuccino and beige (more on a warmer cappuccino-like shade rather than pink) mixed with pure white. That's what I am planning to use to decorate my room and bathroom (my space in the house :) ) Any ideas and photos you could share would be a massive inspiration for me as it's still work in progress. :)

  13. My favorite color is cobalt blue! It's so deep and rich like a bottomless lake. Cobalt blue is both regal and calming at the same time! I used touches of blue in every room.

  30. Favorite colors change from time to time...like one's mood...however, if i were to choose one it would be navy blue {a deep navy} - classic, clean, academic, nautical...you can pair it with just about any other color and have an amazing outcome!

  48. Beautiful! I tend to say that "blue" is my favorite color- all encompassing and not too controversial. Right now though, a smoky lavender wins. Especially paired with grey or cream.
