A Contemporary Classic

A welcoming home, completely void of pretension and clutter.

As much as I love a light home, filled with modern and ornate bits and furnishings, I'm also quite drawn to a dark and warm home, with minimal objects and maximum warmth. Though quite contemporary in style, this home looks so inviting. From the lovely shade of green on the kitchen walls (that I never thought I would like!) and purple in the ensuite, to the chic and bold dining fixtures, there are plenty of unique touches and details to love. I want to move right in, to be perfectly honest! Which do you like best?

  8. Beautiful home. I especially loved the high ceilings. There's so much life that lives in excess height. The double sinks and staircase - my favorites.

  9. Sarah, I apologize I have not been so blog alert lately. Just a little too much right now (but I can see the light!).

Let's talk about the dining area with the 3 large cone pendants. Gorgeous! So dramatic and yet simple. Love, love, love!

Sending you a warm weekend hug,
