"Twenty Seven East (27E) is the roadway that runs through the string of seaside towns, known collectively as the Hamptons. A traditional, distinctly American landscape accented by manicured hedges, rolling green lawns, and windswept dunes. The Twenty Seven East Collection was created to capture the ease and classic style of the Hamptons: a place of exquisite beauty, glamour and natural grace."

The Principal of the company, Allyson Mashek, set out to create a collection of truly beautiful things, that are timeless, classic and exhibit an element of quiet luxury. She has spent over two years sourcing the finest materials available and tested in four different factories before she was able to achieve the quality of craftsmanship that she had hoped for. Offering a combination of refined materials such as: alligator, calf, Nile crocodile, as well as canvas that has been milled in Pisa, the collection combines a glamorous mix of textures, shapes and details.
Twenty Seven East—whether you are headed to work in the city and are in need of the Southampton Shopper, or are setting out to the theatre for a date, and cannot leave without the chic Bridgehampton Clutch. They are not only beautiful, but functional. Each piece has hidden details, carefully planned, and in all the right places, leaving you worry–free and at the same time, chic. To me, these are the types of accessories to treasure always, and to pass down to your children and grandchildren. The neutral colors are most ideal, and will take you through season after season, trend after trend, and remain forever stylish, essential and beautiful...

Well, I must have been snoring behind a rock, because this is the first time I hear of Ms. Mashek and her collection. Timeless and chic, indeed. I already imagine great second hand value on her products. (And can we just talk about the shoes, in the first image, for a second. Those I can see myself wearing - not at the beach! - but to an evening party, most definitely!)
ReplyDeleteWell, our long weekend has started. Do you and huz have any fun plans?
Enjoy whatever you are doing - and thank you for being such a great blog friend. I absolutely adore you!

Beautiful and classic. I love your words about them being treasures to be passed down to children and grandchildren..... classics really do stand the test of time and gather meaning about them as they travel through our lives.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend Sarah, and thank you so much for your visit and lovely words.
Linda. x :)
How exquisite! The handbags are so sophisticated and refined. You always seem to introduce us to the most wonderful things...thanks you!
ReplyDeleteSarah,
ReplyDeleteHere at my beach on The Gulf of Mexico, style and fashion include the brightest of color. I find it so interesting that the women of the north keep it so neutral in their coastal wear, and have noted the elegance of it. I am so curious about the Hamptons, and this gave me more insight from a trusted source. I of course love all the linen, and the mixture of skins and leathers. I need, note I said need, a South Hampton shopper. Have a great weekend, my fisherman are getting a little stir crazy, and I miss being able to boot them out of the house on the weekends for a little me time. I feel sorry for them, they are lost. It's like if they closed all the shopping centers for women. Lost I would be!
Mon -- the feeling is completely mutual! :)
ReplyDeleteLinda -- so well said!
Very chic shoppers indeed - you can only buy really beautiful things to go in here...
ReplyDeleteI love that so much though and effort went into the design and commitment to quality!
Hope you have a lovely, lovely weekend Sarah!!
