I hope you have all had a lovely Easter!
Since Friday, I have felt my clothing getting increasingly tighter and tighter, thanks to all of the delicious cupcakes and chocolates I've been enjoying...it's such a treat. However, I don't know about you, but after a sticky sweet weekend, I seek my usual fresh and healthy meals.
Today, I wanted to share the work of Aran Goyoaga—food stylist, photographer, writer and professionally trained pastry chef. Her passion for photography, food and life is so evident. You might have seen her work before, featured in magazines or perhaps you frequent her lovely, lovely, award-winning blog. It is brimming with fresh images, recipes and writing that will surely captivate you, and leave you completely unaware of time...I also have the feeling that she is quite refreshingly humble and kind. She truly writes warmly and creates from the heart—and the result, amazing. If you haven't visited her site before, it is a must! Grab a warm cup of tea and enjoy...
Doesn't that Lady Apple, Grapefruit & Creme Fraiche Salad look tasty? ( recipe )

Caroline -- her blog is quite addicting! I showed my Mom, and she promptly began a new binder, printing off recipe after recipe. We tried one of her soups last night -- delicious :)
