A huge thank you to my darling, for sending me an image from Amanda Wakeley's bridal collection. He knew I would love it, and have to share her designs with you! Unique is an understatement, no? I was floored. Aren't you? I think her work speaks for itself...and I know I, for one, will certainly be checking into her designs further once my darling and I are to be married. Her new site is so beautifully designed, it's a pleasure to browse through. If you have a chance to visit, do, as she also has a ready—to—wear and jewelry collection.
What do you think?
I wish you have a delightful weekend ahead, friends! Any fun plans? A wedding, a date with your sweetheart or a get together with friends? Perhaps maybe tackle that little project you've been wanting to get underway?

It has been a long, long time since I needed a wedding gown, but boy do I love looking at them. All simply gorgeous!
ReplyDeletethe drape of the fabric is fabulous! I had considered wearing something similar to these for my beach wedding last year, but alas not sure it would have worked with my shape. ;-)
ReplyDeleteD Y I N G over #7! the one where the bird's about to take her face off? so modern yet timeless. a perfect choice for a wedding dress.
ReplyDeleteWow! I love the first one with the belt! Different but super chic. I'm so tired of the strapless puffy sequined gowns! These are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful, Sarah! I particularly love the first two Grecian-inspired dresses.
ReplyDeleteNo big plans this weekend. Spent all week traveling for work so I'm just happy to sit around the house for a few days.
These are simply delicious. If I could have had a dress like any of those I may have actually had a wedding instead of going to the courthouse! Wowsa at the belt on the first one. And I love the one with the draping in back.
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking... Simply beautiful. Makes me want to get married again. Well, to the same man, of course,:) but in one of these stunning dresses. I honestly think I'd have a problem choosing just one, because I adore all of them and just love the photos, especially the one with a horse. Thank you for such an amazing post, darling! Beautiful images always make me feel happy.

Great photographs... extremely sexy.
ReplyDeleteThese look marvelous ! x
ReplyDeleteThat first lady looks stunning. And that loose dress and backless dress really suits her and her personality.
ReplyDeletegorgeous... wow the photographer did an amazing job. Mad props.
ReplyDeleteEh, none of these are really doing it for me. They're all too similar in the fact that they'd only flatter the tall and slender. The photos are pretty cool though.
ReplyDeleteTotally using this as wedding inspiration--hehe.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the 6th & 7th one. The contrast of the pure white against the dry desert is gorgeous.
