I can't believe that the weekend has come to an end already! It's been a blast and I hope yours has been amazing as well. Tonight, I was thinking about my wardrobe and planning my ensemble for tomorrow, something I should do more often, rather than scrambling with 10 minutes of time to make my mind up, press my clothing, and go! (do you do this?) I decided, (weather permitting) to go with my favorite blue, white, and gray flowered dress...
I can never get enough of florals. To me, they are the essence of summer celebration and femininity. These dresses offer such stunning design, I just can't get enough of them— such as the flowing layers in image 01, the print, color combination and simplicity of image 03, and the sheer overlay of image 04. Surprisingly, I don't own many floral dresses, but the few I own are much loved and I feel my best and so ladylike when I wear them...

ReplyDeleteSo lovely. I love them all, but especially #4. These are perfect examples of how florals can be modern and sophisticated.
ReplyDeletethis pictures remind me a little of Atonement. Something about the trees, grass, and the big house in the background.
ReplyDeleteThis summer is a flower summer. I love it
ReplyDeleteoh, yum and yes please... i'm horrible at wearing florals though!! still haven't found a single dress to rock this summer with them...
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of printing prim, traditional floral patterns onto seductively sheer fabric. Such a nice contrast between sexy and proper!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, -h, they do! Cassandra, I'm shocked - you would look gorgeous in one of these, though unfortunately, I have no clue what company is being represented here :(
ReplyDeleteVery much, Averill :)
