Jenna Lyons! Her home was featured a little while ago... in Domino? I think... it's just as gorgeous as all her ideas for J.Crew, So glad she signed on. Great post!
agreed! j crew went through an overtly preppy phase for a few years and i lost interest. but yes, lately they've become fun and punchy, which has certainly peaked my attention.
COMPLETELY agree. J.Crew is one of my all time biggest addictions. Their accessories are wonderful, and they are fearless pioneers for color and prints in their price range.
Averill - I agree with you. I don't know what's wrong with BR these days. Everything is neutral and sloppy.
I've always been a fan of J. Crew (wearing a timeless belt I bought about8 years ago). Their new creative director should be commended for bringing them front and centre again
Daniella - I just knew you would know who she is, as you are a fan of their clothing :) Thanks! I agree about BR - for some reason, I recall hearing that they are having troubles...dear me...
One of my favorite things to do when dropping into J. Crew is picking up their new catalogue. The photography is incredible. The one we have here in Georgetown D.C. is so beautiful and the store is set-up perfectly. The spring colors just pop.
Thanks for the heads up - I've only purchased once from them. This line is extremely difficult to find in Canada - when I was in NYC I purchased a few things and found them to be quite satisfactory. I bought a very chic toothbrush there :)
